Disappointing for home testing
After reading reviews and my own experience it seems the home testing side of Randox does not function as well as the clinic face to face visits. I ordered two kits, both completed on 8th Jan and returned same day as instructed. I received the results for 1 very quickly within 2 days ( perfect! exceeded expectations) No sight of second test. Gave this longer as website instructions, 7 working days. Also busy period after xmas and the second test was more in depth.etc. Raised a case with customer care on 16th Jan, after a back and forth I provided proof of postage with photos and tracking info. A few days later, I was advised the test was received but out of the criteria eg too late meaning my sample could no longer be used. As I provided tracking and was able to show that I sent within time, I was offered a replacement home test which I accepted on 20th January. Sadly I am still waiting and after many emails in the same chain chasing for confirmation that the replacement test has been posted and when I could expect it. Overall this has tainted my experience and the situation is still not resolved. I wouldn't use Randox again in the future.
