I expected more from The Learning People

I was contacted numerous times when I was about to enroll in the course, but after that, I heard nothing from them. The content is extensive, but the mock tests don’t align well with the actual exams. The exams were much harder, so I ended up paying for additional resources on other platforms like Udemy and Examtopics. It’s a good guide for someone who is completely new to IT, but I felt it was a lot of money for what was provided. Regarding the vouchers, if you fail on your first attempt, they require you to wait for a certain period before retaking the exam, even if you only missed passing by a small margin. This can be problematic, as it delays progress when you feel ready to retake the test. In short, this is my honest experience. I never received help with my CV or career placement, and I didn’t need to ask for tutor support because the mock tests weren’t even close to the real thing. Also, to request a voucher, you’re required to complete all the lessons and achieve at least 80% on the mock tests, even though they aren’t very relevant to the actual exams. In the end, I passed thanks to alternative resources but used the vouchers since I’m still paying for the course (I opted for the financing plan).
