Upheld Decision
Had nightmare problems with British Gas & B/ W Legal who worked for British gas, kept badgering me but, when needed Energy Ombudsman service resolved a complex case that ran from a previous complaint also upheld in 2024, in the end this complaint was upheld again, & all compensation agreed with British Gas was paid within 2 days of Ombudsman decision via Ombudsman site in form of a cheque I printed off.
