I think I finally learned my lesson…
I think I finally learned my lesson with this company. For the third time in the past couple of years, my food never arrived. When I would call the restaurant, they would tell me that the food is ready but nobody ever pucked it up. So, this hapoened again last weekend. In the past when I complained, I was reimbursed within a day or so and got a nice apology. Well, this time, i message them thru their app and never heard back, also tried live customer and nobody responded. Next day, I got an “how did we do email” . I complained again. Never heard back. My week got busy, so today I contacted again thru app and was told since it was over 24 hrs sinceI placed my order and they can’t find evidence that I contacted them, there is nothing they can do. So, since I have no screenshots of my communications since it was thru their system, I’m out 60 bucks. Mad and disgusted with this business. If they do this with hundreds of customers a day, somebody is pocketing this and enjoying their scam.
