Here in Western Australia, after receiving great convenient service from Coles. Woolworth. Kmart. Big w... It's really annoying and worst service experienced from All Aldi I been to in WA. Zero customer service, very rarely you will see staff on floor. Trolley service worst. Payment service is the worst.. still charging fees like small businesses (shame). You may find Aldi's products cheaper than other supermarkets but not always... and definitely lower quality. Aldi is my last resource.
