I am writing this review to acknowledge the impressive level of proactiveness and coordination by the Accounts team, specifically Neesha Liyanapatabendi and Fran Marchant. Neesha identified the rent payment hadn't been made as due and contacted the tenants concerning this, and once this was sorted, Fran sent across the landlord statement.
