The response and delivery was…

The response and delivery was excellent, however, the item is not a perfect fit. I have sent emails to their email address but no acknowledgement or response to date. This lack of response will impact the review going forward. I contacted the company by phone this morning and Siobhain responded and remediate my issue immediately. Excellent customer service.
