Proceed with caution
I attended the two-day course with my £99 which is a big investment for me, and was excited and impressed by the first day’s content -(I am a complete beginner). They spent a little too much time at the end of the 1st day to pitch their higher priced course when they said there was a whole hour the next day to mention it. Day two was going to be more in depth we’d been led to believe. Unfortunately, day two felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than an educational experience. Not just for the hour they promised, the whole day! The constant upselling was disappointing and hugely draining. It’s the day after and I felt I should share my experience. Some of the tactics used were uncomfortable. I was hoping for more genuine value and transparency. Proceed with caution. Additional: interesting reply below. I think whilst I understood they would ‘upsell’, they did this for the whole 2nd day which took away from our learning experience. And mislead us all by saying they’d ‘spend one hour only’ talking about the investment £15,000 would get you. I felt drained and exhausted by the end of the day. But I guess it just meant working with Touchstone wasn’t for me. I think it’s interesting they even NEED to get people so desperately inside their program, when they are all seemingly incredibly successful already. My ‘expert’ who was messaging me promised he would check in at the end of the day and make a plan together for next steps. He said “can I message you tomorrow”? I never heard from him again. 🫠
