Level 3 Basic Mat Pilates…
Just done the level 3 basic mat Pilates training with Emma Lovelock. Incredible experience from an amazing professional instructor. All my questions and doubts were addressed and most importantly I have learned so much from her. I met lovely and friendly people with whom I shared my first teaching experience.
