I went ahead and signed up because I thought they would be an honest company

I went ahead and signed up because I thought I was going to do some vending at a farmer's market. After signing up things did not work out the market so I tried to cancel my policy. Was immediately charged almost $200 and I told them that at this time I was unable to pay right away. They said I had some time to pay and then they began trying to charge my credit card right away. Dealing with them is like dealing with the mafia, I did not care at all about my situation nor were they offering any assistance. Plus they lied to me and said that I would be able to pay within one month. The balance which I don't even understand why I owe when I didn't even get a chance to start my business. I told them I would need to cancel around 2 weeks after setting up the insurance. Avoid this company at all costs or you'll end up spending more than you expect. More the customer service was absolutely horrible. They did not offer any sort of understanding or compassion about the situation. I am telling you look around. There are many other providers
