Support Chat Permanently Closed
Needed to renew my domain name, but couldn't access my account despite having the details. I have tried for three weeks to contact them via their support chat which appears to be permanently closed. Had to resort to changing IPS tag via Nominet. Renewed my domain within minutes via telephone with Cix for 10 years. Fantastic support! Heart is a dead hosting company if you can't contact them. Avoid like the plague!
