AFTER PURCASING A COLD ITEM TOLD BY STAFF THAT THEY HAD JUST LEFT THE OVEN! I eventually threw it in the bin, pastry undercooked and puppynose warm! REPSONSE :Thanks for taking the time to contact us and we're sorry to hear you were disappointed. Just to let you know, our savouries are freshly baked throughout the day to give our customers that 'just-baked' taste we all love. We then put them in our counters where they cool naturally. We don’t keep our bakes in a heated environment, use heat-retaining packaging, or sell them as hot. If our Sausage Rolls, bakes and pizzas were kept hot after they'd been baked, they'd be subject to VAT and we would have to charge a higher price for our customers. If there is anything you're unhappy with, our Team Members will be more than happy to refund or replace it for you. They'll also be able to advise you what's currently baking or is fresh out of the oven. We'll get in touch with the shop's Area Manager and ask our team to bake often throughout the day to try and prevent any further disappointment. So we can look into this further, can you please confirm the following: - The date and time of your visit - The name or description of the Team Member who served you Thanks again for getting in touch.
