The worst customer support ever
The worst customer support ever. I have been struggling with the live chat agents to update my email address and phone number for more than 1 week before the Incident take place and they keep replying with templates without reading the full question. I asked to speak to the manager or senior agent, but they just ignored any requests and asked for a moment to check and then replied within 5 hours that they were sorry and that they needed one more moment to check and again 5-6 hours. it's just ridiculous how they treat the clients now the new domain is out trying to make an effort to ensure what the old server can't do but for now I can't say how trust or truth there withdrawal is on coincasso.us.com but saying no to the merge button is leaving your money for no one takes the request to see how it goes
