Overall very good
Overall very good! My only criticisms would be that regarding the free postage, I'd rather pay the difference to get the parcel at my house - as I had no choice over the UPS pickup location, and it was a fairly sketchy situation (parcels just left out, no lockers or protection, and while I had to give details someone could easily just snatch them and leave) - and further, part of my order wasn't shipped with the main bit. This isn't a problem in itself, but I could've done with having this communicated to me. I'm sure things are busy, but even so, it would've been less stress for rather expensive Warhammer boxes! Otherwise great, good service and all, and the chap I spoke to on the phone was very polite. Cheers.
