The first order the DVDs was delivered…
The first order the DVDs was delivered and the picture was dull and ads was included in the episodes. Message iOffer and they were all keen to replace the DVDs, delivered and was all perfect. The time l order a bigger order thinking l would be looked after like the first order. I was totally mistaken. The order was delivered, started watching the DVDs the pictures on most of DVDs was full, and some DVDs you couldn't even watch the episodes. Two of the TV series they just recorded the episodes with all the ads in every episode. One of the TV series two of the episodes, part of the episodes the picture was just had snow effect of the picture. Then when I messaged iOffer they messaged me back and wanted videos of the problems. Then I got a message back from them. They said they couldn't do anything about it. If you are ordering DVDs from this company be aware. This company is a scam to make you they are trustworthy when all they want is money. Then when you have problems they shrug you off with a load of crap.
