Transaction through to delivery was easy & smooth enough. However the delivery driver was rude, had no manners & just roughly dumped the roll of carpet wherever it landed. The quality of the carpet is ok but there is already some loose threads at ends. I’d say the best part of shopping here was the ease of doing the transaction & good value for money. The delivery & overall quality of the carpet lets it down a bit. Hence not 5 stars
