Good communication
Good communication, shipments are packaged well and always reliable to ship as ordered. When there's an issue with the delivery they'll quickly pick it up and solve the issue. I had it only happen once that a game I ordered wasn't delivered and they sent me another copy which did arrive. If there's a game I need and they have it, I'll order through them.
