(Guru) Gurdeep is the first customer service representative from any utility company that I have left a review for. He successfully sold me on multiple products that ultimately had me paying less. He did it respectfully, with excellent communication and efficiently. He is true to his word and follows up when necessary. He deserves an award for customer service.
