Don't order online from them...unless…
Don't order online from them...unless you're prepared to wait WEEKS for items to ship. I placed a rather large order at the end of August. We're about to go into mid-September and there has still been no tracking or movement on three of the six items I ordered. Also, two items that were shipped arrived damaged and in a box that was way too big, so I now have the added hassle of having to process a return. Really disappointed that any employee would think that it's perfectly suitable to send a paying customer such clearly damaged goods; or that going on two weeks without bothering to ship an order is reasonable and good customer service. I'll never order online from them again, and it's shame because a lot of their seasonal decor sells out fast so I wanted to make sure I was able to snag some pieces I wanted. It's proving to not have been worth the money or the time.
