Indescribably bad

Where to even begin with this horrible company. Billing is a nightmare. I had to beg them multiple times over the course of 3 months to have them send charges to my insurance, which they had lost the information for no less than 8 times. Furthermore, they take at least a week to respond to any message. And when they do, their response has nothing to do with the content of your message. They’ve sent the wrong medication to the wrong pharmacy and outright denied the existence of previous messages. Since starting with Lifestance Health a little over a year ago, I’ve had to get by for a total of two months without my medication. I’ve had to call them begging to have my prescription refilled more times than I can count. It’s humiliating to deal with them. The amount of apathy and incompetence I’ve had to deal with is staggering. I am fully convinced that any of their ratings above 3 starts is from a fake account. Edit 12 hr later: This is their business model. They show a good face to the public and ignore their patients. Notice how they sent a reply to my review mere hours later whereas I have yet to receive any of the care that I paid them for. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.
