48 internet provider NOT available in France or UK

I could not use the internet using the 10.99 credit let month Either in France or the UK. AFTER a week in France and going to a repair shop (who said it was network provider problem) the mobile data still is not available to use

Very expensive

Very expensive. (Had to send about four emails and whatsapp to get a reply&the information) Apart this there was a guy who seemed to sort out alot of problems and was helpful but still costly
