The end of the process was excellent…
The end of the process was excellent but the mid part from signing to getting a delivery date was very haphazard and I had no clue as to what was happening. I’m glad that I persevered but I think what is presented on the personalised website needs careful rethinking as it bears no resemblance as to what is actually happening. I don’t think it’s a people problem but software organisation between the suppliers and buyers. The car is excellent but the process of getting it is less so.
