Extremely Unprofessional - Avoid if You Expect Communication or Basic Courtesy
I had a truly frustrating experience with this firm. After being referred to them by my estate agent for a property sale, I reached out multiple times via email and phone — and for over two weeks, I heard absolutely nothing back. It honestly felt like my messages were being sent into the void — no acknowledgment, no updates, no courtesy reply. I even called the office, was told someone would get back to me, and still nothing. If you are too busy or unable to take on a case, the professional and respectful thing to do is to say so — not to leave people in complete silence during a time-sensitive legal process. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I’ve now had to find another solicitor and lost valuable time in the process. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
