Get rid of your whole IT team..
This was officially the worst evening of my life. I would advise you to get rid of your whole IT team before you loose more potential customers. The system kept me busy from 6.30pm to 11.30pm just for me to make a payment. It kept returning me to the beginning as it said that there were some items out of stock before mentioning this in the basket. I'm lost for words to express how utterly disgusted I am by this kind of so-called online shopping.
