WATER SOFTENER SERVICE/REPAIR: I don't usually give reviews as I'm probably too lazy or busy with work (one or the other) however, I thought this time I would because the Engineer from Monarch Water (Dave W) was great; turned up on time, I immediately realised he was a very professional individual and knew his stuff. Upon checking the job at hand, he noticed that it was a big job and not straight forward, due to tight fitting location of where the water softener was (jammed under small sink unit with pipes everywhere from not just the Water Softener but the Dish Washer and Washing Machine etc. He basically had to strip the whole unit down and effectively rebuild it from scratch. All the time he was doing this he explained what he was doing and reasons for. If I had video'd him I recon I could do the next service myself (only joking, I'm not technical). I'd just like to thank Dave for his hard work this morning and the good tips he gave me to ensure I look after the unit for future use! Hopefully he does next service in 1 - 2 years.
