Worst Takeaway experience I've ever had

I placed an order at 22:56 on Monday 25th of July, for a chinese through takeaway.com to a restaurant called China Garden. I didn't know at this point takeaway.com closes their customer service at 11pm. so I receive a confirmation email saying my order has been processed and sent to restaurant - China Garden. So I call China Garden and I spoke to a guy who was really rude to me, arguing on the phone interrupting me saying he has not received my order I rang a total of 5 times to keep checking if order had came through and he hung up on me twice. I am appalled and shocked, I work in a call centre and if I spoke to my customers like he spoke to me I wouldn't have a job. I think he clearly received my order it was the end of the night and so he thought it would be better to lie to me and say he hadn't received it so he could go home early. At this stage all I'm able to do is email takeaway.com because according to the website and the email i received for urgent enquiries contact the restaurant directly. I can honestly say I am irate, I've been charged for my order, I've got no food and I've got to wait until tomorrow before getting a response, I will be reporting the website for having appealing customer service and not having any means in place to offer assistance to someone who works 11 hour shifts and wanted to order some damn food
