Return is a !! BIG !! hassle
I ordered two pairs of shoes. They sent me one pair in the wrong size (4 sizes too small). The other pair is much too tight. I had checked out their return policy before buying, but once I emailed to ask for the return authorization, I started into a loop of crazy return emails. I have now been offered a discount to keep SHOES THAT DON'T FIT because it is going to cost ME to ship them back shoes that don't fit. My current recommendation is that you do not buy shoes from this company. (their email) Dear customer, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Additionally, there might be a waiting period until we receive and inspect the returned items.
