UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY > AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.

I'm a leaseholder in Northwood who's had the worst service from Sebright Management Company for the past 18 months. (Trustpilot has asked me to remove the name of the person but he is the director of his company). He is unprofessional, provides poor service, acts in breach of the terms of his contract, no response to emails except "I'll take a look and get back to you". Good luck if you do get a response for the information you've requested! - I'm STILL waiting for a response to my email dated 30/12/21- which is one of many that needs a response. My account went into arrears in Feb 2022 because he didn't forward the information requested within 30 days, as he is required to do so under section 22 of LTA rules. Despite repeatedly asking him to provide this information, he's ignored this and my account continues to remain in arrears until he does respond to my emails. He then had the audacity to add a late payment fee to my account and threatened me with legal action. Good luck with that Sebright. Whilst you fail to uphold lawful procedures and fail to provide information requested, you can't take legal action against me. I've asked the director of Sebright to forward a copy of his Complaints procedure so I can file an official complaint about his poor service to date. And...I'm still waiting to receive that. No surprise! I must send him a final reminder...failing which I will have to contact ARMA and file a complaint directly with them. Don't waste your time or your money with this company. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.
