Scammers do not trust
First, the cost was three times higher than other reputable companies. The Pack Rat or U-Haul box offered far better service and pricing. I received two quotes for the same service on the same date: $910 initially and $455 next, so I naturally chose $455, yet they still charged $910. Even after providing a storage quote email from PODS directly, they claimed they could not see any quote from me; when I tried to email my quote from them, they said they cannot accept incoming email. Simply stay away from these scammers—you might think you are happy with them, but as soon as an issue arises, you will see they are just a lowlife scamming company, and you deserve more.
