Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond from Cameron Bull This is the second car I’ve ordered through Cameron Bull at Select Car Leasing, and once again, the experience was seamless from start to finish. I chose to end my initial lease early due to a fantastic deal - Camerons knowledge and guidance on this were excellent and really gave me confidence in the process. I ordered a black Tesla, but unfortunately, on delivery day (a Friday afternoon), a white Tesla arrived instead. Cameron wasn’t in the office at the time, but I was quickly put in touch with a manager, which I appreciated. Due to time constraints with the delivery driver and uncertainty around stock availability, I was faced with a tough decision. There was one black Tesla available at the time, but no guarantee it could be allocated to me at the same lease rate – and if it wasn’t, I’d be waiting up to three months for a new one. Not wanting to risk being without a car, I felt I had no choice but to accept the white one. I resigned myself to having the wrong colour car for the next three years, but unknown to me, Cameron was back in the office on Monday and working hard behind the scenes to put things right. He called me that afternoon with a full breakdown of what had happened (the error lay with Tesla) and, to my surprise and delight, had managed to secure the correct black Tesla for me. Tesla have agreed that I can keep using the white one in the meantime, and I’m now due to receive the black one this Friday. Without Cameron’s dedication and persistence, I doubt this would have been resolved so smoothly. Both he and Tesla have done a sterling job in correcting the issue, and I’m incredibly grateful. Cameron – thank you once again. Your customer service is second to none.
