Unhelpful management
Unhelpful management. I bought a pair of Hush Puppies boots from Tower Junction shop & also a pair of shoes under the 2nd pair, half price deal. I only wore the boots once a week, but after a few months the rubber soles of the boots were worn away. I took them back to the shop & spoke to the manager who tried her best to raise her middle finger to me. When it became obvious I wasn’t going away she eventually offered a refund. I suggested it would be cheaper & better for the environment for them to have the boots re soled, rather than put in the landfill, but she wouldn’t entertain the idea. When I decided to take the refund she then ripped me off, saying the 2nd pair half price deal was spread across both pairs, (so not actually 2nd pair half price) meaning I wasn’t refunded the full amount I paid for the boots. Be warned, there’s no after sales service at No1 shoes, in fact they’ll do everything they can to be unhelpful once they’ve got your money.
