Dont let them fool you!
I bought a discount winterjacket with the name Hugo, associating with Hugo Boss. Perfect photography, felt like a value for money deal for € 59,00. I checked the return policy and was reassured that I could return the jacket if it wasn’t ok. From that moment on everything went wrong. After waiting for more than 3 weeks the package litteraly was on the doorstep without any notice from the so-called courier.The jacket was shipped from China! Much to my regret the quality was way below standard. The material felt cheap and was not like what I expected based on the description (Hugo) and photos on the website. The returningprocess prooved extremely complicated and required a lot of time and effort. On top of that, I had to pay € 23,00 just to send it back to CHINA! 3 weeks after returning the package I was finally informed that the customer service department (what’s in a name) were going to redeem the purchase price to my bank account. I strongly advise against shopping here and will never order from this store again. I assume what they do is legal and legitimate but this is on the edge of what is called cheating and swindling.
