Very difficult to communicate with
Very difficult to communicate with, seemed to not read the details in what we tried to tell them, nor giving any good replies to our queries. And when the parcel arrived in Norway two items were broken. They were homemade presents so no monetary value to try and claim back through insurance but such a shame about the Christmas presents. And it was all triple wrapped in bubble wrap so the package must have taken a proper beating.
