Transfer of Property - excellent service
I recently completed a Transfer of Property from joint to sole names. Something which should have been relatively simple but due to complications from the other side turned more complex. Sarah from the Residential Property team was fantastic, walked me through the process and when we were faced with a tight completion date made sure this was achieved.
