0 star for home box… don’t ever buy your furnitures from them. We bought a mattress and bed frame with storage last feb. 10,2024 and was delivered feb. 24,2024. 1. The team who installed the bed frame didn’t do it properly as they are rushing resulting to mis alignment of the storage causing it to trip when opening. We complained and they said its just the way it is. 2. The storage eventually can’t be opened properly and we went to the store to complain and their team came feb. 27, 2024 to fix but instead of fixing, they totally busted the bed storage thus we have to totally remove the case. They mentioned they’ll raise the complain to whoever the concerned department is. 3. After going back and forth with their customer service representative last mar.3 and mar. 10, no case was resolved. They said they haven’t gotten back yet from the concerned department. So don’t ever order from them. I can’t find a direct review under google on their webpage now i know because they may lose face with how low their reviews are.
