Support is now a shambles
Support is now a shambles! You can only communicate through 'Chat'. My client purchased a domain and when I went to build the website for him Heart informed me that someone else on another Heart account had claimed the domain name even though they don't own it. I raised a ticket with support on the 17th Nov and here I am on the 28th Nov being told ... "I have read through the ticket although unfortunately, the other party was not contacted as of now so we would need to start the process today."... "We apologize for the late reply but we have been facing a high number of tickets lately and delays are expected unfortunately." So I have been communicating back and forth over the last 11 days believing the issue was being processed only to find that they had not yet started their process of contacting the other person which now takes a further 5 working days! Needless to say I'm embarrassed to inform the client who was recently introduced through another client that we are unable to start a website that should have been finished 8 days ago until next week (assuming they have notified the other person). First time ever that I've written a negative review for anyone as I always give the benefit of the doubt but today I just feel so let down in a company I have trusted for 16 years.
