Buy With Confidence - Excellent Return Handling
Tristan and Jay are very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I ordered a Breitling Navitimer which when received had an issue with the slide rule bezel. When I reported the issue to Tristan after working hours on the day I received the watch, he was immediately in touch, offering advice, confirming a return was acceptable, and even covering the postage costs for the Royal Mail Special delivery. I'm sure the vast majority of watch purchases will be successful with Tristan and Jay, this review is to provide confidence that in those rare scenarios where something doesn't work out, the Mainspring team will resolve any issues rapidly and effectively.
