Remove my car didn’t remove my car

Remove my car didn’t remove my car. I was given a time slot and when the driver didn’t arrive I called him. Apparently he’d had a puncture and would come later in the day. He didn’t. It did me a favour as I found another company who came to collect and offered me £120 more.
