We received excellent service from the team at Ryder & Dutton, Chadderton. From the initial valuation right through to exchange, it has been a seemless process. The team managed to sell our house a week after it came on the market and secured 5 offers over the asking price. We would like to say a special thank you to Carmel for really going that extra mile, particularly as we were coming towards exchange. She was always on hand to answer any queries we had (there were many!), chase solicitors, recommend surveyors, and provide us with her invaluable knowledge on the sales process. Thanks to the help of the team we will be moving into our new family home next week, a little over 3 months after putting our house on the market 😊
