Crabtree and myself have previous, their customer service has been severely lacking up until now. However they appear to have made a big step in the right direction by appointing Ekemini Ekanem as senior Property Manager who went above and beyond to try to understand my legitimate concerns and resolve the issues. Ekemini responded promptly, in a professional and friendly manner providing regular updates and most importantly succesfully resolving all the issues I was having.
