iRecently I had booked a shipment from Balaji Courier & Cargo from Delhi to Canada. Initially they said we had to pay only 14k for 20KG shipment and there will be no hidden charges and we dont have to pay anything else. But these guys are big frauds once the parcel reached Canada, they levied a 80$ custom duty on it and they pressured us to pay the amount else parcel will be returned back. They assured us that they will compensate and refund this amount as this was their fault because they hid such charges. as student in canada I didnt have money but fearing that parcel will return I was forced to borrow money and pay the custom duty. Once I paid the custom duty these guys stopped picking up the call and now they are saying We wont pay you back. I have all the proofs including call recording where they had promised refund. These guys are big frauds and cheats. Should not book any parcel from them. I am now left with a debt of 80$ and as a student it is a big thing for me. Ms.Aina ,Mr. Gaurav & Ashutosh are liers and frauds.they fool clients .
