I had a fantastic experience with Alliant Credit Union for my home loan. My loan officer, Charles P., was outstanding to work with. He answered all of my questions promptly and professionally, and I never felt silly asking anything—he was always patient and thorough in his responses. What really stood out was his willingness to respond to emails and phone calls even on the weekend. In those moments when you need quick answers, Charles was always there, which I truly appreciated. 10/10 for him. For closing, I also worked with Mortgage Processor Amy H. and Deborah D., who were just as efficient and helpful as Charles. They helped streamline the process and made everything feel simple and stress-free.
