REALLY Poor customer service
REALLY Poor customer service. Full payment was taken and held by them for 9 months. A few Weeks after their first ETA 'deadline' had passed I had to chase them. Some supply difficulties were mentioned and another vague ETA Each time I had to chase them up and was fobbed off with vague excuses and yet another ETA date. Never did they pre-empt their failure and contact me in advance. This happened again and again for 9 months! I appreciate some external issues with import (BREXIT and Suez) were causal but their COMM's was awful ! COVID is now an overused excuse for everything. I'd buy local or direct from a bike supplier's shop in future. They seemed so good in reviews and ethics ;-( so I gave an extra star for this.
