Awful experience. Lack of Communication and poor refund process
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Stonebridge Associated Colleges. I applied for a course but decided to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, expecting a straight forward refund process. However, it’s now been over 45 days since I cancelled, and despite being told that the refund would be processed within 30 days, I have yet to receive it. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication and transparency. I have been constantly told that my case is being “escalated” and “investigated,” but I have not received any real updates or a clear timeframe for when I can expect my money back. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. Not to mention the financial burden it has now put me in. I had high hopes for this college, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I would caution others to be wary of their refund policies and customer service, as my experience has been far from satisfactory, and not yet resolved.
