Lost in transportation!
My package got lost in transportation!! They said it was my fault because I didn't enter my house number on the order. Mind u, I have been a customer of their's for years now!! They don't have my correct address somewhere? Come on now!! Then, once the package arrived, probably 10 days late? I put return to sender on the box! Well, that was a week ago and now they're trying to say that they haven't received the pkg yet. From Albany NY to York,PA. (Maybe 3 days tops). Anyway, I was told that the supervisor, the one and only supervisor who can check in a package isn't in today and won't be until Thurs. Well, they are now holding me hostage for my $90 order !! Customer Service doesn't exist as we knew it, at this place! Don't they realize that there are other online shops that I can and will order from? They aren't the only online tobacco shop in the sea!! Lol
