Worst customer service in the world
They neglected our luggage and refuse to reimburse us for the extra costs this caused us. KLM sent a broken link in their mail so it became a copy of our original report. We referred to the original report, but the copy "came in late" so they closed both?!! We lost 900 euros due to their nonchalance. Never KLM or Air France. The irony is that we did not fly with Low Price as ryan air was that we was expecting a premium company to have better customer service.
