Excellent customer Service!

I was in search of a beautiful engagement ring for my now wife, as well as a matching wedding band for her and me. Al sat down with me and showed me many types of rings and diamonds, and even let me look at them through the loop. I showed him a picture of the ring that I wanted for my wife, and he and ItsHot team was able to replicate it perfectly. I really appreciate All taking the time to walk me through the options that were available to me and making me feel good about ordering and walking me through the manufacturing process.
