Avoid these scammers
If there were negative stars they would definitely be the winner avoid these scammers. I booked an automatic car Renault Megan with them in Marrakech for 21.12, two week duration. After landing we called them and it took nearly 1h to get them to deliver car to us at the airport, since they do no have picknup point there. When they eventually arrived they brought a manual car Dacia, despite the fact the we booked more expensive automatic! Luckily my husband has manual license and it was getting really late in the night, so we agreed to take the car under the condition that it is swapped the day after. As for deposit they were meant to BLOCK it on the card, no instead of this they took money off the card with additional £50 fee for foreign transaction! The car we got the day after was what we booked, so we took it but we never received a rental slip, as apparently the office was meant to email it over to me but never did! I chased them on WhatsApp but no action was taken, so all the time we drove the megane on the rental slip for Dacia. I would attch the photos here if I could. When police stopped us we had to explain the issue, show messages to them! Anyway it is 4th Feb 2025 and they still have not returned €2000 deposit and the fee despite me asking for it over the last month. They only have 30 days by contract which was gone o 2nd Feb! Avoid them at all cost in Morocco! They are unreliable, scam you out of pocket and ignore you. I am filing complaints with the bank and the Discover Cars, as we booked via them. But please save yourself stress and avoid them!
