Prefer to book tickets directly rather booking here
I booked the ticket via this agent and there was small mistake on name. I talked to airline and they advised that I could make the change via agent for free, but it cost me 30 GBP which can be done for free. I will not going to use travel trolley anymore for future booking and will recommend others to use direct booking to avoid such changes.
