Originally Received Only Half My Order
First up, I ordered the Orthopaedic cat bowls plus bowl replacement, and that product is fabulous. A pity, therefore, that they sent out only half my order (I ordered 2 of each, one as present), and after a lengthy to-and-fro process involving me documenting with photos what I received, they have now simply cut the dialogue and leave me without the second set. I asked for either refund or that missing items be sent our, but suddenly no replies anymore. So whilst I want to recommend the product, the company is in my experience not up to the task. PS: After this review was posted, the company informed me by e-mail that the missing set has been sent out. Much appreciated.
